Consult your current program plan. Note the following curricular changes and the year they go into effect.

1. Biology replaces Our Living World.  Either course fulfills this science requirement.  This change begins in 2013-2014.
2. Physical Science replaces Our Physical World.  Either course fulfills this science requirement.  This change begins in 2013-2014.
3. World Regional Geography replaces Geography of North America.  Either course fulfills this social science requirement.  This change begins in 2013-2014.
4. Mathematics for Elementary Teachers replaces Contemporary Mathematics for Teachers and Modern Concepts of Geometry.  Any one of these three courses fulfills this mathematics requirement.  This change begins in 2013-2014.
5. Educating the Exceptional Learner (3 credits) replaces Educating the Exceptional Child (2 credits).  Either course fulfills this special education requirement.  This change begins in 2013-2014.
6. Choir and Wind Symphony will each earn 1 credit (currently .5 credit).  Students are required to earn 2 vocal/choral credits.  This change begins in 2013-2014.
7. Physical education requirements are the general education requirements of Fitness for Life (1 credit) and two activity courses (.5 credit each) for a total of 2 physical education credits.  This change begins in 2013-2014.
8. A CPR certification session conducted by the nurse or a First Aid course fulfills this requirement.  This change begins in 2013-2014.
