Reserve Space for an Event

We are so glad you have decided to use Martin Luther College’s facilities and services for your next event. Here are some things to keep in mind:

  • Make your reservation as soon as you know a space is needed as rooms book quickly. During the school year, Martin Luther College students, faculty and staff take precedence.
  • Requests made after 4:00 pm on Friday will not be considered until 8:00 am on the next business day.
  • Your reservation is tentative until we receive a signed contract.

To register your event, please do the following:

  1. Fill out the Reserve Space request form online and submit it.
  2. A campus representative will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
  3. If you have any further questions about your reservation or have not heard back from us, please contact our Event Coordinator.
