All materials are copyrighted 1999-2012 by Dr. Jim Grunwald and may be used freely for personal enrichment outside of a structured course. Those interested in making use of the materials for group use, either educational or commercial, should contact Dr. Grunwald on an annual basis for permission and/or fee information.
