How to Apply for a Student Loan
MLC Master's Grant
All Master's Grant funds have been distributed for the 2012-13 academic year. Lord willing, additional funds will become available in 2013-14.
Need-based financial aid is available to those who are qualified to serve in the public ministry of the Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod (WELS) or Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS). Application for this financial assistance is done by submitting the MLC Master's Grant application. Application must be made prior to the beginning of the semester in which aid is desired. If approved, the application is valid for one academic year (fall, spring, summer). Applications must be resubmitted each academic year using data from the most recently submitted federal tax forms.
