Navigate through the Trinitarian controversies of the Early Church

A brief history of the doctrine of the Trinity in the early church by Franz Dunzl.

Translated by John Bowden.  Published by T & T Clark, 2007. A Continuum imprint.  ISBN : 0567031934

Though we can not agree with Dunzl’s view of Scripture(he denies divine inspiration), yet he does an excellent job in  presenting an overview of the Early church’s work in developing the doctrine of the Trinity from the Scriptures.  He accomplishes this in a mere 139 pages.  What is most impressive is his ability to differentiate with clarity the various doctrinal views in such a short space.
