Application for Graduation

It is the student's responsibility to apply for graduation. Applications are due in the Records Office by February 1 of the student's junior year. This information is needed to conduct the student's graduation degree audit and to ensure that the student has the appropriate number of credits to graduate. It is the student's responsibility to notify the Records Office if the student's anticipated graduation date changes. Failure to apply for graduation may delay the student's graduation date. Print the Application for Graduation, complete it, and bring it to the Records Office no later than February 1 of your Junior year.
