Learning to Move

God created man to move. Movement is the medium through which the content of Physical Education is taught. Learning to move and learning to enjoy movement prepares students to order their lives to praise God by leading a physically active lifestyle.

Moving to Learn

Neuroscientific research indicates that physical activity and exercise profoundly affect brain function. A growing body of evidence suggests that physical activity facilitates learning by raising energy levels and improving the ability to focus on learning tasks. This evidence strengthens the case for daily physical education in K-12 education.
