Holzhueter Named Second Team All-UMAC
ST. PAUL - MLC men's basketball player Galen Holzhueter was named Second Team All-UMAC for his play for the Knights this season.
Holzhueter finished the season as the UMAC leader in points per game at 18.6, and also ranked in the top ten in rebounds per game (7.2), free throws made (96), and free throw percentage (.738). He finished the season with 12 games with at least 20 points, and led the team in scoring in 19 of the Knights' 24 games.
Holzhueter did that while leading the UMAC in minutes per game at 35.3, more than two minutes per game than any other player in the conference.
Justin Danell was named as the MLC recipient of the Sportsmanship Award.
