Men Take First at MLC Invitational

NEW ULM, Minn. - The MLC men's cross country team put five runners in the top 11 on the way to winning the MLC Invitational at Flandrau Saturday.

Steve Pelischek and the Knights took first at the MLC Inv.

MLC finished with 37 points on the day, three better than second place Bethany.

Noah Willitz had the top finish for MLC in fourth place with a time of 30:32. He was followed closely by teammates Steve Pelischek, Nathan Schulte, Nathan Plocher and Ben Birner in the top 11.

Rounding out the line-up for the Knights was Benjamin Weber and John Wildauer in 16th and 17th place, respectively.
