Golf Takes Seventh at Cougar Invite

MORRIS, Minn. - The MLC men's golf team took home seventh place out of eight teams at the Cougar Invite hosted by UM-Morris at Pomme De Terre GC Thursday.
Sam Panning shot the low round for the Knights at the Cougar Invite
Sam Panning led MLC's individual scorers with an 83, while Caleb Schultz and Craig Wilke shot 85 and 88, respectively.
As a team, the Knights finished with 559 total strokes on the day. Concordia-Moorhead had the top team of the team with a total of 300 strokes.
MLC will return to action tomorrow (Friday, September 23) when they play in the Bethany Lutheran Invitational.
