Men Lose at Gustavus
ST. PETER, Minn. - The MLC men's soccer team lost at Gustavus Adolphus by the score of 7-1 Wednesday.
The Gusties jumped on top early, scoring three times in the first 12 minutes of action on the way to taking a 6-0 lead into halftime.
In the second half, Colton Berger put the Knights on the board with an unassisted goal in the 53rd minute of play, but the Knights were never able to threaten the lead built by the Gusties in the first half the rest of the way.

With the loss, MLC dropped top 0-2 on the season, while GAC improved to 2-1 with the win.
The Knights will return to action on Saturday, September 8, when they host Finlandia in a game scheduled to start around 2 p.m.
