Knights' Historic Season Ends at St. Thomas

ST. PAUL – The MLC women’s basketball team saw its dream season end in the first round of the NCAA Division III Tournament with a 71-58 loss at St. Thomas Friday night.

Babinec Named UMAC Player of the Year

ST. PAUL - MLC women's basketball player Erica Babinec was named UMAC Player of the Year Tuesday, and was also voted First Team All-UMAC for the fourth time in her career. Forward Amanda Burk received Second Team All-UMAC honors.

Women to Play at St. Thomas in NCAA Tournament

NEW ULM, Minn. - The brackets for the NCAA Division III Tournament are out, and MLC will be playing St. Thomas in the opening round on Friday, March 2, at 8 p.m. St. Thomas is also the host site for the game.

Knights Top Cougars to Win UMAC Tourney Title

NEW ULM, Minn. - The MLC women's basketball team beat Minnesota, Morris by the score of 69-63 Saturday night to win the UMAC Postseason Tournament championship and advance to the NCAA Division III National Tournament.
