Women Dominate in 8-1 Win at PC

ABERDEEN, S.D. - The MLC women's soccer team continued to roll offensively at Presentation with an 8-1 win.

Hannah Mattek scored two goals in the Knights 8-1 win at PC Friday

Kadie Drake scored three times for MLC, giving her five goals so far on the season, while Hannah Mattek scored two goals, the first two of her career. Linda Kenyon, Bethany Schultz and Hannah Janke also added goals in the win.

In goal, Allison Snyder saved six of the seven shots she faced.

MLC improved to 4-4 overall and 2-1 in conference with the win, while Presentation dropped to 1-8 overall and 0-5 in league play with the loss.

The Knights will return to action tomorrow (October 2) when they travel to UM-Morris to take on the Cougars. The game is scheduled to start at 12 p.m.
