Engelbrecht led MLC in kills and digs in all four matches, finishing with 61 kills and 69 digs in the two day tournament. She was also named to the All Tournament Team at the end of the weekend for her play.

With her 61 kills, Engelbrecht passed Danielle Kramer and Tiffany Wendt in the MLC record book for most career kills. She currently has 956 for her career, just two shy of fourth place holder Jaime Eternick.

Engelbrecht and the Knights will look to build off last weekend's 2-2 performance this weekend, when they play in a two-day tournament at Bethel starting on Friday, September 6.
