MLC chapel named

The MLC Chapel Building Committee, among its many other duties, needed to recommend a name for the chapel on the MLC campus. It sought input from the MLC family, synodical leaders, and others in the WELS who are familiar with the process of building a worship facility. Through all discussions, the focus returned to a major goal of the committee, to clearly express the centrality of Christ and his gospel in Word and Sacrament. "Chapel of the Christ" was simply the best way to express that focus and was adopted as the official name of the chapel.
