Convocations expand exposure to ministry

Preseminary students and education majors enjoy hearing from workers in the field through informal discussions and convocation programs. On October 6, we welcomed John Hildebrant from our WELS mission to India. On October 8, preseminary students heard Rev. Daniel Kroll speak about “Reflections on 17 Years of Ministry in Africa,” and education major attended Mr. Tim Mueller’s presentation, “Revitalizing Your School” (pictured). On November 5, Rev. Thomas Jeske will speak about “The Pastor as Lifelong Student,” and Prof. Rhoda Wolle will present “Strategies for Working with At-risk Students.”
