Cost-saving measures

In the present economic climate, we are considering ways to cut operating expenses. These include freezing salaries, delaying classroom renovations and early childhood center upgrades, addressing only regular and emergency maintenance items, adjusting thermostats, delaying the replacement of nine faculty and staff positions, and also identifying further personnel reductions. In addition, all departments are completing a 10% budgetary reduction exercise to prioritize needs and identify potential savings within their departments.
