90 Students volunteer over break

Ninety students flew to congregations in Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and more, to help churches promote their Easter worship services and Easter for Kids programs.

These opportunities, organized by Pastor John Boeder through MLC's Daylight program, are yet another way MLC students are doing ministry while they are here training for ministry.

"Working with the children at Crown of Glory, as well as the congregation, was truly inspiring," said Luke Beilke after his Daylight experience in Orlando over spring break. "It made me realize why I am here studying to be a teacher. It allowed me to experience firsthand the joys of teaching and sharing the gospel with others."
