Director of Human Resources and Institutional Effectiveness: Nominations and Applications Requested
Martin Luther College is seeking to hire a full time director of human resources and institutional effectiveness. The director of human resources and institutional effectiveness supervises hiring practices, personnel functions, workplace environment and employee benefits on behalf of the college. The director also works collaboratively with administrators of all departments, offices and programs of the college to provide data-driven decision-making and process improvement planning (see detailed position description in attached PDF below).
