Early Field Experience

First-year education majors will remain on campus the first week of spring break for their first early field experience. They´ll hear motivational speakers, learn how to plan lessons, teach mini-lessons, role play classroom situations, participate in small faculty meetings, and then teach local grade school children. EFE generally inspires and rejuvenates students, and helps them become more sure about their decision to become a teacher. Sophomores and juniors will also participate in EFE experiences at WELS schools during break
