Freshmen officially welcomed

Freshman mixer at George's

Freshmen from across the world were greeted last weekend by the MLC resident assistant staff who, with help from MLC President Zarling, carried essential items needed to transform a dorm room into their new home. The 175 new students then learned about the library, cafeteria, computer network, and campus security technology while parents met with the MLC administration and advisors on academics, financial aid, and students adapting to college life. Orientation culminated with a campus picnic, followed by a reception for parents and a freshman mixer at George´s Ballroom.
