In addition to the donations listed above, MLC has received:
1. $40,000 from the Neitzel trust
2. $105,750 from the Romberg Supporting Foundation
In previous years those donations were listed as “gifts for MLC”.
GAAP requirements now list those annual donations as dividend income.
