Urban clinical opportunities

Efforts to expand urban clinical experiences for our students continue. Vice President David Wendler and Director of Clinical Experiences Paul Tess met on campus last week with Dr. Ray Dusseau, executive director of the Center for Urban Teaching, and Rev. Mark Henrich of Atonement Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. The two visitors also spoke to about 100 interested students. The MLC Administrative Council approved a working relationship with this organization to provide urban education experiences for our students in the Milwaukee area.
