What about my console?
Microsoft did not include a web browser on their popular game consoles, so the traditional way of registering your device will not work. Sometimes you will have issues even with consoles which include a browser. In those cases, please send us a support request with the following information:
- Your name
- Your MLC username
- Current dorm and room number
- Type of console or device
- MAC address for the wired port on the device
We can then get it registered as soon as possible. Thanks!
What about my media player?
We do not currently support some of the functions of devices like the Apple TV on the MLC network at this time. Follow the same steps as above for a console in order to get in touch with us to have your device registered.
