New Students

This registration form requests submission of all essential information for enrollment. All submitted information is secure (encrypted). Returning students may use this registration form if they prefer to resupply their essential information rather than log in to their student Portal accounts.

Course selection is at the bottom of the form.

Course viability deadline is three weeks prior to each course start date. The course viability deadline for satellite courses scheduled at long distance locations is five weeks prior to each start date.

Courses that have insufficient enrollment on the date of the course viability deadline
may be cancelled.

Courses that have sufficient enrollment on the date of the course viability deadline
will accept registrations up to the first day of class.

Please select one of the following:   Completion of a free online orientation session "Introduction to Online Learning" is required of all new MLC online students and available to any other online students who feel they would benefit. The orientation can be completed in one sitting or spread across several days.



Room and Board Options
Dorm Choices Select which type of dormitory accommodation you will need.
Week(s) of Stay Select the week(s) for which you will need dormitory housing.
Linen Service Linen service is available at $10.00 per week. This includes two sheets, one pillowcase, three towels and two washcloths replaced each week. Do you want linen service for the weeks that you are staying in the dormitory at $10.00 per week?


Meal Plans Continental breakfast, lunch and boxed suppers are available in the MLC cafeteria. Students who stay in the dormitory must sign up for one of the meal plans each week of their stay. Choose a meal plan.


Weeks Select the weeks for your meal plan.
Air Conditioning A limited number of room air conditioners are available with priority given for medical issues. Cost is $50 per week. Would you like air conditioning in your dorm room?

Upon receipt of your registration, we will email you course confirmation and an invoice via pdf attachment. If you do not receive your invoice within three working days, please contact us to verify that we have received your registration.
