What exactly IS a harvest strategy? Does my school have one? Is our harvest strategy alive, or is it maybe dead on paper? What is MY role as a WELS early childhood educator in making it an effective tool in our church & school ministry? All questions you may be asking.

In this webinar, no matter where you are on the harvest strategy (HS) continuum, you will: gain awareness of your ministry’s harvest strategy (or lack of one…) and what’s in it, build confidence in being a HS team member, and set next steps for giving life to your HS.
